Job Description

  • Review accounting records to ensure correctness and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Provide initial evaluation of documents prepared by accounting staff or documents received from other departments such as cash vouchers, collection reports, monitoring files, etc.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports such as financial statements, tax returns, & management reports.
  • Perform or assist in the performance of tax compliance reviews
  • Conduct tax or accounting research to ensure or improve compliance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a 4 to 5-year course preferably related to Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Must have excellent knowledge of general accounting principles.

Job Description

  • Handle customer queries and concerns by providing solutions to their problems in a professional and timely manner.
  • Responsible for answering queries and customers' concerns including constant communication about the status of their complaints or cases through various communication channels such as email, text & calls.
  • Provide solutions to customers' concerns by monitoring and constant follow-ups with the stakeholders until the problems have been resolved.
  • Help the customer service section by attending monthly meetings and performing other duties necessary for smooth operation.

Job Description

  • Help with property management, from advertising to occupancy.
  • Create leasing advertisements for properties.
  • Prepare the tenants' lease contract for renewal.
  • Monitor the inventory of commercial properties and advertising activities.
  • Coordinate tenants' move-in and move-out activities.
  • Conduct orientation for new tenants.
  • Support market research initiatives for leasing properties.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in any business-related course preferably related to Marketing.

  • Update medical records of employees.
  •  Assist with the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety programs
  • Conduct Antigen mass testing as needed.

Job Description

  • Accommodate inquiries of Brokers and Agents regarding BDC Unit Inventories.
  • Process site reservations and assist agents and buyers in their reservation transactions.
  • Check and evaluate all documentation requirements as well as the buyer’s capacity to pay.
  • Conduct reservation briefing and assist in the signing of reservation documents.
  • Collect reservation payments and issue the official receipt.
  • Transmit complete reservation folders with attached checklists promptly.
  • Report the total daily reservation and any untoward site incidents involving buyers, agents, and site personnel.
  • Monitor 5S within the marketing vicinity and coordinate concerns with the Site Engineer.
  • Ensure that the new reservation guidelines issued by the Sales and Marketing Department are being followed accordingly.

  • Must be at least a College graduate.

  • The candidate must be a team player and has initiative.

Job Description

  • Responsible for site tripping.
  • Provide assistance or backup in collecting price lists, sales materials, and forms.
  • Transmit documents from Batangas to the main office when needed.
  • Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.
  • Update monthly mileage record.
  • Maintain a logbook of each service vehicle on a daily basis.
  • Perform vehicle inspections such as checking fluid level and tire pressure.
  • Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least a High school graduate and/or Vocational Graduate
  • Must have at least 3 years of driving experience and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
  • Must be a team player and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably residing within the Batangas area
  • Amenable to work in Tanauan, Batangas.

Job Description

  • Responsible for flow or production of meter reading both water and sub-electric.
  • Distribute water notices and bills.
  • Inspect water meter and water filter maintenance.
  • Perform water meter installation, repairs, and replacement.
  • Conduct disconnection of the water meter.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.
  • Must be accurate and has an eye for detail.
  • Possess good record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to do field work.
  • Amenable to be assigned in any area of the project/s.

Job Description

  • Inspection of all activities from site development to housing construction including ambiance, research, and development projects.
  • Quality audit of materials, site development, housing units, amenities, or facilities including the operational process of in-house personnel, and contractors.
  • Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
  • Report any defective work or procedure.
  • Assist in incoming inspection of construction materials.
  • Timely and accurate processing of contractor’s billing.

Minium Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Preferably has work experience related to the post.
  • A licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage but not required.
  • Knowledge of basic construction methods and knows how to read construction plans.
  • Amenable to work in the Batangas or Laguna area.
  • Willing to be relocated as needed.
